Brooklyn Castle

Wanted to make sure you knew about the exciting, new film on chess and its place in schools, Brooklyn Castle (www.brooklyncastle.com). The film follows students from the best junior high chess team in the country, Brooklyn's I.S. 318, a school where 70% of the students come from families below the poverty line. Teachers, students and parents are faced with incredibly difficult decisions when budgets are slashed, threatening the existence of the team.
